    I always find it weird the Japanese were such masters of naval night time fighting.

    Structural members ran along the deck. This is the second photo I've seen with damage of this extent in this area. Tough birds.

    Did you know if the barrell hit something like a tree you would have to make the gun corrected again. Otheriwise your gunner would not know how accurate thr shooting was. Not a good thing.

    As an aviation enthusiest I’m going to say the Phantom is in the top 3 best ever aircraft/Fighter/Bomber...

    Unfortunately a B-17 after a flak hit. If U-boat men died as many as 40,000 you will be surprised that 55,000 of bomber crews died. There is a still a U-boat death figure as is thought as is a massive deatth number. how about 55,000? I don´t like it.
