    "Junkers G.38, only 2 units of this large 4 engine transport were built in 1929. 1 still in use in 1940 was pressed into service and destroyed in a RAF air raid on Athens on 17 May 1941. Japan produced it under license as Mitsubishi Ki-20, largest Jap bomber, and 1 survived the war as a museum!"

    I carried a 175 pound doll up six flights of stairs just to show the troops it could be done. The doll could be loaded to match the weight of the person doing the carrying.

    Fast movers on dump-and-run. They didn't always know if they'd hit South East Asia. Sandy pilots paid attention. Sandy pilot gets a drink from me whenever we meet.
