Urgh, I loved the way that the 'pencil pocket' on the sleves of the new combat jacket is too big for stationary but the perfect size for a regular mars or snickers, coincidence? As for tea, well the Brew pack is still the biggest part of the rat pack, the tea is still terrible except when drunk on exercises and there is still 4 times as much tea as coffee or anything else. How about biscuits brown? Reckon he will have enough?

Urgh, well it isnt really waterproof but it the wrappers are ok and I have a couple of water proof bags to keep my mars in. Actually I just noticed they have removed the pocket from the new 95 jacket, DAMN!! I suppose I will have to go back to trying to scrape chunks of melted mars from the packets on hot summer days.

Carl, what kind of system took the picture out? It was in B&W, don't gatekeepers go for large areas of pink? Is your gatekeeper a real person - e.g. crabby old spinster with horn-rim glasses that reads Jackie Collins from her top drawer

urqh, oh dear, another muckers site with cross Regt. slagging off - again. I note plenty of mattresses there - things don't change much.

Bish, you have a good tour. Watch out for UXB's especially clusters ;) . No egg sucking, but, just a suggestion to take out a roll of fishing line with a nice triple hook on the end, and USE IT to pull around that souvenir you or your mates find BEFORE bagging it ;)

Hi 9--I don't know. All I know is that it is a black box with a red "X" in it. Other than that--I don't know.

With one of our members, Bish off to do his bit in the sand..

Just thought for the numbers crunches amongst us..this would be of interest.

Just an interesting but very large...Pdf file by the way....assesment of the numbers involved in the recent war..

No fears, nothing political just an interesting fact sheet by USAAF.

    Hi 9--I do? :D

Erich--will do. Hey--send me a Pinecone willya? Something to liven up the armored vehicle eh? :D It might remind Bish of Sherwood Forest ;) Now whether or not they have pine trees ther--I dunno.

OK, mate--i'll be glad to pass it on. Do you have my address?

Ohhh Okay--something printable here. Not to worry--if the pic is of a gorgeous gal--the darn blocking program here will not let me even open it. You might have to send it to Fried--or Otto. :(

The sandbag site is great, I have a book of comedy postcards and so on by 'pincato' or something, all of them are very good but one that rings particularly true to me is one of two soldiers running along with a female soldier behind them, one of the male soldiers is saying 'run faster she is catching up', that even happens at cadets.
