Bit belated...but 10 years on...

    October 3, 1993-October 3, 2003.
    It has been 10 years since 18 American Soldiers were killed in the most sustained firefight since the Vietnam War, in Mogadishu, Somalia.
    LEST WE FORGET......SUPPORT OUR TROOPS

    Remembrance noted, also yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut that killed 241 Marines.

    Glad you guys posted this, and I was about to start a thread about the 20th year since the Beirut murders. Also, there were an additional 20 others who were killed in the American Compound.

    May they all Rest in Peace.
