As a Canadian, I'm not sure what to think when I know our Navy only has 4 faulty submarines, a dozen or so frigates, 2 supply ships, several destroyers, and some "coastal defence boats"
    take a look for yourself.

    Canadian Navy Stats

    Any thoughts?

Don't forget our (30hrs of repairs per 1 hr flying time) Sea King helicoptors!

I tell you what I think... Canadian navy is trying to do its' best with outdated unservicable equiptment. The sailors, (God bless em all) deserve medals for just coping.

Sad to say it isn't just the Navy that is suffering from political angst, it is the entire Canadian Forces.

I have the utmost respect for servicemen in militaries that have to make do with next to nothing, while their country's government fights to steal every last penny.

Alas, lefties will tell you that it isn't politically correct to have a strong military, or "we don't need a military"
The liberals, and others like them are doing a good job etc.

I wonder what they would say if they someday were looking down the business end of an enemy's rifle.

    God bless good soldiers
