Dictionary, the world of literature is in a dictionary even if it is "word by word", the world and words of lawyers are compiled in a thesaurus.

    Beantown, never lived anywhere else

Wanna know why Boston is called Beantown?

Back in colonial days, a favorite Boston food was beans baked in molasses for several hours. Back then, Boston was sort of awash in molasses - it was part of the "triangular trade" in which slaves in the Caribbean grew sugar cane to be shipped to Boston to be made into rum to be sent to West Africa to buy more slaves to send to the West Indies. Even after the end of this practice, Boston continued as big rum producing city - the Great Molasses Flood of 1919 (which killed 21), ocurred when a tank holding molasses for rum production exploded.

there is your fun fact for the day...

    What's the difference? :D

I think a British Nationalist in an American Bar is more fun to watch.

    Ceddar cheese (urghh) or Camembert?

    Regards

In the soft cheeses I prefer a Brie to a Camembert, and in the medium firm cheeses I dearly love a sharp cheddar in the one to two year range of aging. More than that time-frame in the Cheddars and I don't care for the texture.

    Northern or Southern Italian sauces?

I have to go with Southern Italian, as I like Olive Oil in just about everything and it is more prevalent in Southern Italian cuisine. I am also assuming that you are including Tuscany in the Southern region!

Love your cheese response, by the way. I agree that a sharp cheddar is by far one of life's great artery clogging pleasures!

Both depend on "type", I would rather cook and consume a store bought turkey because of the large breast meat proportion and mild flavor, while the wild turkey one can find in the wood of Montana are rather "stringy, tough, and very lean", even though very full flavored.

However a farm raised chicken, which grows up eating bugs in one's yard has definite different flavors from the one bought under plastic in the store. Chicken from my yard, turkey from the store.
