Sometimes we need fun Threads in order to get away from the seriousness as +++ of WWII.

To say this brings nothing to the Forum is incorrect, A diversion tactic used by many Military leaders in order to bust morale.

Skip I have to agree with the others, it's a mindless thread but still intersting and it's a place we can have fun and ask dumb questions...besides it is in the fire free zone...far away from those who want to stick to ww2 topics..

    come on skip....

    I got on for you

    option one or two...

happy ww2f members or upset ww2f members ??

    :)

I guess I could leave this open a while until the last die-hards give up too. Notice that those who were on this thread at the beginning are have all sailed to different horizons. and my answer is happy members. But I have another one for you interesting threads or lousy ones,

Are things really that un entertaining in France today that you have to create needless turmoil? IF you're not going to close the thread then why even bring it up?

I pick interesting ones...so my vote is for this to stay. It's not heavy with pictures taking up much space, and it's fun for those who choose to participate in it.

    keep this thread going

    or

    get rid of it

Has there been any complaints about this thread? I say get rid of the "what if" thread too if you are getting rid of threads that aren't relevent. The stump causes more problems than all threads combined, and we still have it. And if y'all decide to leave it, leave it as is. It is a light and fun thread that causes no ill will. If you want my opinion of what threads that have no relevence whatsoever to anything, flush the gaming forums and the pen and quill one. Lame-O.

I say leave it be, there are bigger fish for y'all to fry. Sometimes I get writer's block, and come here to keep with the program. It's thought provoking, and from what I've been reading, doing things like this off-sets the on-set of Alzenheimers, high cholesterol and hypertension....

Option One or Two'ers of the forum....Unite!!!!

I needed opinions and asked a simple question and got some nice and useful answers from all, but you and I am getting tired of your childish sarcasm, I have lots of things to do here including deal with you, YOU are the one creating turmoil here. If I don't ask opinions you complain, if I ask you complain too. Who'se got time to lose here? not me.

All you would have had to do is close the thread and you would have gotten all the input you ever could have needed. Obviously you felt the need to create and "issue" out of it or else you would have just closed the thread and dealt with the fall out.

Well Skippy no one is forcing you to do anything and if it's too much you can always leave.

I am not the one threatening to close a thread and I am not being sarcastic. All I am saying is close the thread or leave it alone because all the discussion is doing is causing needless turmoil.

I will offer this once more to conduct this discussion in private

You just can't stop can you? Why do you have to challenge the moderation team constantly and then play the victims by offering private discussions? I gave you a chance and so did many other mods in previous discussions. This time you deserved your warning and you'd better not suggest I leave again.
