hi friends we are performing our annual exhibition in a big museum, in Santiago located. Here some pics, I hope that you enjoy it Cheers from Chile, if you want see more pics, click here EXPO 2007
Wow, an incredible amount of nice items. I will have to look twice. My favourites for now are the Ju52, the Mustang and the German glider. I like the captured bomber too!
Wow - there are some incredible models in that link that Marseille provided. I was especially impressed with some of the dioramas and... and ...amazing stuff.... and so MUCH of it!! Anyone with the least interest in modelling needs to go look at this. Great link, Marseille.... thanks for posting it. I'm going to go keep browsing. -whatever -Lou
I know the emerging sub is very realistic, even the foam on the vawes looks real. The finish tank crew is also very well put together.

Welcome Marseille, Great stuff! Bit of an Armour modeller myself (planes always seem to go horribly wrong for me) but not in anywhere near the same league as you and some of your chaps, I've only just got around to doing one (Pz.1) that actually sits on a bit of groundwork rather than just gathering dust on a shelf. Your Greyhound is superb, I was clambering around inside a real one earlier this year, might just have to get a kit version. (I'm sure that Finnish vehicle was featured in a recent modelling magazine here in the UK.) Cheers, Adam
You`re right Von poop, this dio was published in a european magazine, I can´t remember your title, the author is Tito Costa, an of ours members He has some dios and kits in the show
I wish I had the commitment to make a diorama like that...I've thought of three, one is half done, the other is not even started, and the third is still inside my head!
I just can't stop watching at them over and over again. Those dios are just gorgeous. You must have spent hundreds of hours making those.
Neat stuff man, I like the sub especially. Is the Pz IV a recreation of the one that occupied a building in Cassino ? Good use of cotton. On Armorama there is a use of cotton to emulate a flame throwing tank. Very well done on both. Definitely something to learn from in both uses. I've seen it (cotton) used as smoke before as well, but not really to the degree that it was believable. Perhaps soon someone will figure that out as well, as they did for sandbags. Always something to learn from everyone else. No doubt now as to why I'm "never done" with my efforts. I've "60" 1/35th scale WW2 armor in an impending state of dioramas, (not to mention over 100 (+ a number, not sure) troops, Russian/German/American). I can't decide on locations/landscape/trees/grasses/sand, and how to make water & buildings/bridges/farms/cities. I feel the need to add British to everything, but as of yet have none. I have a list of vehicles, but have neither the time (big one), or money to include the 25 lb er, Cromwell/Firefly/Church/Matilda/Brenn Carrier (perhaps a glider)(tail section of airplane) to my scenarios. Dioramas are the way to go, and the possibilities are endless. Thanks for the ideas, to be added to all the rest I've seen. Have done other vehicles for others, will someday post pictures (of the ones I consider my own, but will never "OWN"). Know what I mean Vern ? The rest are in boxes for now, So they wont collect too much dust. Am collecting various accessories for literally everything, (Popsicles/corn dog sticks) and promise someday...I'll complete at least 5 Dioramas, with a projected size of 2 ft by 2 ft ( in 1 ft sections). If I die before completion, Ill donate what I have to this site. No one else will want it, or know what to do with it. keep up the remembrance. Still have... A P-47D Razorback, P-51B Mustang... (1/48), DEMAG with Nb. Wfr.42 (rocket launcher), Opel Blitz, and Soviet ZIS-5 still undone...1/35, Cut from the trees and sanded, but as of yet...unpainted/un-started. The rest are in various states of completion/painting (mostly).

That's a nice link, Marseille. I enjoyed the gallery of fotos (especially the dioramas!) I was also very impressed with the venue - that looks like a really nice show! I encourage anyone interested to check out the 'Tour Virtual 3D' link, and explore the two 360-degree photos on the page - really a nice facility! It looks like you have a very well-organized, professional group. Thanks for sharing the link. -whatever -Lou
