welcome to our little home Airforce4L. enjoy the many threads posteed here over time. There is some great, solid information to be had..... Martin just how many Spits were present there ? Arg if only........ E ♪
12 ! arg............I've gotta attend an airshow somewhere in this state before the years is out. Looking......... E ºº
Ahh, clearly a man who wasn't at the 60th anniversary of the spitfire airshow, now THAT was a flypast!
You're absolutely right, Stefan - to my everlasting regret, I missed that one You must have some great memories of that show.... But the 12 Spits at Legends was good going for a non-commemorative event and made a satisfactory consolation prize !
Martin Bull I don't have a "pluck yew" smiley, but I'd love to have one! I do however have about 100 or so smileys that I'm going to add to the smileys options during the next upgrade. Great hurri and spitfire images BTW! Stevin I hope you don't mind, I grabbed a few of your smileys for use here on the WWII Forums. The flamethrower one reminds me of the famous SPR scene: "Don't shoot, let 'em burn!" RedBaron That particular image is too skinny to use as an avatar, but I'll find a couple others of Baron Manfred and drop them into the Avatar Depot. camz Rudel is an option in the avatar menu, but you need to have 100 posts first before you can select an avatar.
Sounds like fun, Otto ! ( Here's hoping we get the smiley fighter pilot with silk scarf....) ( NOTE : The Surgeon-General has determined that this is a sensible forum for serious people only )
Otto, I ripped those smileys from the web somewhere... there not mine, but I know they also have one described by Martin... DO we dare?
Hey, I can't change my Display Name. I go to edit profile and it doesn't give me the option to change it. It just displays it. HELP!! thx in advance, V\R TRB
Martin Bull Thanks a lot, I allways had a softspot for the Hurricane. I know that I will be flamed,but... the Hurricane "looks" much better than the "Spit" Air Force 4 Life Had you tried to ask our C-in-C (Otto) for a new one? Clausewitz (Look! I got a purple hart )
