Any more guesses? If not, I'll put up another one and give the answer.

Last guess before giving up is either Tenedos or Paralos, found reference to them in a 1943 naval almanac but couldn't find a picture of either. Tonnagge (400t) looks about right but they were classed as milayers in ww2 and the pic doesn't show any such equipment.

I can't really make out the configuration of the armament, but it looks like Emden to me. It's just a hunch, but the basic outline checks out, anyway.

The superstructure looks too massive for Emden or any cruiser but the mast and control top looks German. I would guess Schleswig-Holstein entering Danzig at the start of the war or her sister Schlesien though I can't distinguish the disinctive "swan neck" cranes that would make me sure.

    Very Good guess.

It is the Schleswig-Holstien entering Danzig.

Looks like the Italian Heavy Cruiser Giuseppi Garibaldi or it's sister ship Duca delgi Abruzzi.

Apart from spelling :D your'e perfectly correct, it's the Giuseppe Garibaldi moored at Venice. BTW the ships were known in the Regia Marina as simply Garibaldi and Abruzzi as their full names were too unwieldly.
