    Right you are Von Poop

I'm not so good at this quizzing game lol but I'm glad you were able to decipher the picture with only "boy this is high up"

Interesting piece of information though, it's still around and they use it as a restaurant now. So if your ever in the area of Berchtesgaden, be sure you have a camera and an empty stomach!

The coach ride up that road is quite unforgettable, and not for the faint-hearted !

The closest I could guess would be Italy just because of the statues on the pillars. Exact building I have no idea.

Did an event of WW2 happen at this building or was it just a building in an area that experienced WW2 combat?

I was leaning towards that direction but I have never seen photos of the upper portion of the building. Always the ground level. Chucks.

I could just say that I'm brilliant :p but when PzJgr said 'Greek orthodox' it rang a far-off bell....

I too had never seen a photo of the Church ; only the basement windows.

Well the old name the photo what it isn't trick is always handy in a photo quiz... but the clue still stands good for what it really was. Full marks for not just blurting out the name of the file as an answer though, plenty fall at that low fence.
