Hi all Long time forum lurker here just joined up. Great stuff here and I always enjoy following the threads I found these old concrete barges a few days ago (I thought WW2) but since then people have been emailing me saying I am wrong and that do not date from that era. Much searching on the net has not helped me. Can someone here help me out? Sunken WW2 Barges - Lymm - June 08 - Urban Exploration Forums Anyways, great forum
Welcome! About the barges I can only make a guess. I would think about the 1950s to save Iron that was needed in other piority sectors such as cars and houses.
Welcome to the Forum, Elvis. Glad you've moved from lurking to joining! I hope you enjoy yourself here and that you get the information you are looking for on the barges.
