I'm very glad to find this forum (a little bit accidentally I would say) and looking forward to the time spending here. One of my favorit hobbies is history, mainly World War 2 and the Eastern front. My father as a hungarian conscript fought there from 1941 to 1944 and later as POW was in Georgia untill 1948. Unfortunately he's dead now, but I heard many interesting stories about that war.
Welcome to this great place. I believe you ar ehte firs thungarian here. I would love to hear about your dad. I assume he fought on the East front and was taken pow by the Russians?
I assumed that Foci's Dad was a prisoner of war in Georgia, USA and that he was stationed somewhere in France (and captured in the months after the Normandy invasion).
