Blame whoever you like but show me a piece of paper that said Bin Ladens suicidal maniacs where going to fly planes into these specific buildings at this specific time on this day. Who cares when he found out, no one knew it was going to happen.

Openly, I say that i'd give the thread-starter 23 neg rep points if we still had this feature.

 

Some people cling fiercely to their belief that the world is flat. Others believe in bigfoot, the yeti, and an undersea city called Atlantis, where mermaids live. I lived through 9/11. I know what I saw on TV. I spent 12 years as a volunteer firefighter. I've spent a career in and around law enforcement.

If you really, truly, believe that 9/11 was an inside job, then I really feel sorry for you. If you intend to spend the rest of your life flogging this dead horse, then I wish you nothing but a hand to reach out to when you find yourself alone. There is help.

BTW, Bush will be out of office in four months. Just for argument's sake, let's say that Congress moves with lightning speed on an indictment of impeachment, he'll be in Crawford clearing brush and yukking it up with the locals.

Let it go.

 

First hand accounts and eyewittness accounts are notoriously unreliable. Ok, so Bush got some of his facts mixed up. Is it really irrelevant to the whole matter. How does his verbal version given to that audience change anything he did on 9/11?

I agree that this thread is basically useless and a waste of time. BUT this is the " Free Fire Zone Any non-military topic is fair game here"

 

Well, that's ok then. But I will say that in my car pool experience, two topics that were completely taboo on the ride in and back were:

1) Religion
2) Politics

(And I live in the Washington DC area)

Maybe free fire zone should have some "Range Controls"

Well i know many folk that do believe that 9/11 was an inside job, rightly or wrongly does that mean that they need "help", i don't think so, the continuing disbelief of the official version by the Bush administration has been likened to the Warren Commission over the JFK assassintaion.

I have a keen interest and have studied aircraft crashes over the last 30 years and i cannot come to a conclusion that the Pentagon was hit by an aircraft, how does a 737 or 767 hit the Pentagon at full tilt and full of fuel does so little damage, initial eyewitness reports that a 14 foot hole was noticed, and that the roof and surrounding window were intact, i have seen initial film footage there is no sighting of any wreckage, no tailplane, no fuselage, no seats, no landing gear, not engines, nothing but a clean hole 14 foot wide, also i have initial footage of the Pensylvania field crash and again nothing but scorched grass, no wreckage. Two massive aircraft just don't vaporise when they crash, they just don't.

In the long run do i believe that the 9/11 attacks were an inside job, yes i believe that Bush and the American Government are capable of doing the 9/11 attacks and i believe they did, i know i'll cop critism over this but that is the nature of the beast.

Oh and to conclude if most of the so called terrorists were Saudis and that it was orchestrated by Bin-Laden a Saudi then why did America attack Afghanistan and not Saudi Arabia, also why after the attack was the Bin-Laden family in America whisked away out of the Country and never questioned.
