Say what we will about the stupidity of these moronic plotters, I do think it is a good thing that none of our Presidents or Presidential candidates have been the subject of even remotely successful attempts on their lives since 1981. I have no desire to see OLDD in the Oval Office but he remains a Presidential candidate and the election should be determined by the ballot -- not by the bullet!

Don't worry, a year or two ago I was debating getting a tatoo, wanted something meaningful and significant to me and to the history of my ancestors. In the end I was thinking about a runic symbol, however I decided not to for various reasons. Lucky for me I did as I recently discovered the symbol is used by a major skin-head group over here. Oops...

 

Its annoying that isnt it ? Years ago when i was a lad serving in the USN i wanted a tattoo to kinda set me apart from all the usual crappy navy tattoos , so home on leave one year i went to Terrys in Glasgow , the best tat artist of his day and got a celtic warriers arm band tattoo.
The years slipped by and to my dismay it became a fashion , now everybody and his sister has a celtic tat...how very droll
