I am hoping that any of you here could help me identify the lower right ribbon. This was from my great uncle's service from 41-46 Army. Now I know that these are not all of what he earned but when he passed away my mother got all of his military related items. She stated that he had others loose around but these are the ones that were on the rack. Thank you for your help!

Hi Delta wife, If it's Ok with you, I'll can take your pic and post it on another board and see if someone there can identify it. Don't want to post it wothout your permission so just let me know. Thanks, Dave
Hi. Sorry for the delay. The only answer I could get on this from other sources was the possibility of it being a Veterans of Foreigh Wars society ribbon. Sorry I couldn't get you any more specifics on it. If you find anything else out, please post it. I'm curious to know exactly what it is too. Thanks, Dave
I think that may be the SACO ribbon. Apparently, my own grandfather had one as well... but it doesn't quite line up since he supposedly served in Puerto Rico.
Are you talking about The Ruptured Duck patch? If so, that was given to every American who had an Honorable Discharge from the military after the war ended.
thank you for the info on the patch, my question was actually pertaining to the ribbon on the lower right, bottom row of the top picture. thank you all for your input.
I am also looking for the meaning of this ribbon as my grandfather earned one also. If I find out I will let you know
I believe that I have found a winner or at least a good lead. It seems that this little ribbon is a question mark for most people on the internet today. I believe and you can tell me if I'm wrong, (I won't be hurt) that it was given by the VFW. For what I'm not sure but what I have been able to find, describes it as the Veterans of Foreign Wars Service Ribbon/Medal. Let me know if anyone can coroborrate this for me.
Sorry for my forgetfullness. I totally forgot about Doughboys post. I guess that I am seconding his assumption about what ribbon it is.
