    Hi all...

    I am a retired state employee whose chief interest is military history. I have tried to specialize in WWII and Korea. My current interests are the Eastern front, German General Staff (just watched Valkyrie), and infantry operations in general, since I am a former US Army infantry officer. Look forward to being on this board. Thanks.

    Welcome Alan, I hope you'll be around quite often to discuss the German General Staff. There is also a Valkyrie thread open on the forum: jump right in.
