    The 'Oakington Immigration Centre' is of course the old RAF Oakington of Short Stirling fame.

    I'm reminded of the classic Bruce Bairnsfather cartoon from WW1 - 'Give it a good 'ard 'un, Bert - you can generally 'ear 'em fizzing a bit if they're a-goin' to explode'....
