Pacific Storm Allies

Hello Everyone!


I was just wondering what everyone thinks of the Simulator "Pacific Storm Allies"? I searched for it in the forms and didn't get any hits on it.

I thought thids was strange sense I've played most of the other one's
mentioned in the forms here. I would say it is close to the sim Hearts of Iron.

This sim is great, if you like the Strategy type WW2 war sims. You can also fly your own planes and change designs of them as well. I have played many WW2 sims and this one is the best hands down.

Never heard of that one Buck, it looks alright

 

I have played it, and I think it was one of the worst games I ever played.

 

I have the first one, not the greatest game but I still play it every now and then.

 

The 2nd one "allies" seems to be better than the first. Allies did seem hard to get the patch to work correctly.

I have noticed that "War In The Pacific" by matrix is a copy "Pacific Storm Allies" though it doesn't look as detailed.

Joe what didnt you like about it? I would guess, the supply ships. Keeping those ships going to the right place, is a pain at times. The AI seems a bit to strong as well.

lol yes, I once had one Iowa Battleship, 4 Colorado battleships, 2 Baltimore classes and 8 Fletcher vs. two Nagato battleships and one Mogami. I lost 3 ships for their three... and they were 1-star experience, I was 5-star.
