Battle for Berlin. Loads of info in the city. Also tours every Sunday at 1pm behind the Brandenburg gate at Starbucks coffee. Look out for the red shirts of the guides. In English Spanish and French. Several tours available. The battle for Berlin, the Third Reich tour and the Communist east Berlin tour. Each lasts 3 1/2 hours on foot.
Read up before you go though. I stayed for 3 days. Just not enough time. Never is!
    regards John

Cologne is also great, the Rhine Bridge ,the Cathedral and it's close from Remagen and the Hürtgen forest and Aachen isn't too far

oh ok. I was just in berlin a few months ago. i got to walk on the field infront of the reichstag and i got into and on top of the reichstag. and i went to the brandenberg gate. It was cool seeing all of those things, but i didnt get enough information about what happend during the battle. i just got a tour of the building. i dont know if you were able to go on top of it, but you can still see the russian graffiti on the walls on top of it and stuff. if i go to a college in berlin ill definatly take that tour though! and Skipper ill definatly have to check that out too. it sounds very intresting. i went to a few of the cities in germany but i never got there =/ I have SOOOOO many pictures of the trip that i could probably post on here, but it would take forever. i went to Dachau also and i have loads and loads of pictures of that. i cant wait till i get back to germany though lol. its all i think about now
