Help guys.. confused again..

    We got a minuteman pin in Pa's medals from the Army.. what does that actuall stand for? I thought minutemen were infantry??

    I've never seen one, but it don't seem to be resricted to the infantry.

    Thank you again!! I think I know why.. it could be for a few things.. more than 9 months services without a break.. or
    transitioning with an honorable characterization of
    service (those being transferred to another component for completion of
    a military service obligation, and those receiving an Honorable
    Discharge Certificate).

    When he was going to be discharged minds were changed and he was sent to helpo build Camp Lucky Strike.. and that is where he finished his 30 months overseas.. Or because he was going to be in the infantry and they changed and put him with the engineers..

    You have educated me again!!! Thank you.. I was wondering why the Army sent that with his medals.. They are the ones that issued it..again another thing that was not on his DD-214.. but they found it..

    Oh yeah and the box we had to upsize too.. I can't wait to get it done and show you guys pics...

    Guess it's like the Honorable Discharge pin (Ruptured Duck), it's part of his awards. Waiting to see the display, should be a good one.
