    Hi Derek, and welcome, sunny scotland! it can never be true:D glad your here you can help me educate the Americans and English on here;) tell us your main intrests in ww2 and please tell me you read, seems we have a lack of ww2 literature intrest on here of late:( I look forward to your posts all the best.     Thanks for the welcome guys.I am 35 married with 4 kids and we are also foster parents so i have a busy life lol .
    My cousin used to be in the spedial forces and my mate was in the marines but other than that i have no real conection to militry.

    I have a genral intrest in wars but in particular the second . There was someone in my family that died in the trenches in the first but i only new about it once my grandmother died and was going through some old photos of hers.I will post the photo when i get a minute.

    Love the site thus far and thik that admin and all members have done a great job in makeing it intresting and very imformative.

    Looking forward to posting a reading stories with you all.
