Heer Organizational Table?

This might have already been covered somewhere else, but I couldn't quite find it, but could anyone tell me the exact Heer Organization?
I know it's something like

Headquarters
Heeresgruppe
Armee/Panzerarmee
Armeekorps/Panzerkorps
Divisions
Brigades

and so on and so on from there. I'm kinda confused because I've also seen Panzergruppes and Kampfgruppes. So if anyone could give me a complete break-down would be much appreiated.
