the silver sword...t.v. series from 1957..

the silver sword 1957 t.v mini series,does anyone remember it,I'm trying to recall what the plot was,I do remember it was sort of post war? as it seemed to depict a lot of rubble bombed houses and the like,ray..

Series before my time but the book's a classic for class reading. Read it when I was at school and later with my class as their teacher.

I remember reading it at school as part of the English course, don't remember the TV series though.
