Introductory Hello

    Hi to all the history buffs. :waving:

    I was recommended to this site by my daughter who is a history major and enjoys helping me come into the 21st century.

    I'm interested in the biographical aspects of the military and political leaders of World War II. Though it doesn't fall into the former categories, one of my favorite books is The Dark Valley because it discusses the worldwide situation of the 1920s and 1930s versus just the American and European situations.

    I'm looking forward to learning what other people have read about this period of history. :)
