My name is Maciek, im 27 years old. I came here, becouse im curious what ppl from western Europe think about ww2, about polish role in ww2, and what happend after. Im also curious about picture of Stalin. And why ppl think t he was better than Hitler as a leader of nation and as a man.

Welcome Maciek. You'll see that most people here have a good opinion of the Poles not only in 1939, but also the free Poles and their role in Arnhem for instance.
In fact, i am very suprised that ppl know so much about Polish history in ww2 times. Its always nice to learn how ppl from other nations look on ww2. Polish point of viev ( most of them) is focused on Polish role in Ww2, there is a coplex of victim, so im glad to have contact with difrent opinions.
Welcome to the forum. Lots of Polish ex-Servicemen settled in my town after WW2. I've lots of Polish friends at work. I enjoyed reading on the Polish campaign each day on the 70th Anniversary this year. Have you seeen this book?
