Salute bug?

I have a silver star but 0 salutes?

 

Move your mouse and put the arrow over the silver star for a status description. You have to do something (post something rather witty, profound, cool or extremely funny) to earn a salute or reputation points.

 

that would be because the person gave you a rep and was a new recruit? and has no rep points value power , meaning you got a rep not a salute, no salute no points, PD

 

The salute! are reputation? ( above Saluted )
How can I give/see who gave me a reputation?

Actually you should know, since you have already given out 4 salutes.

The Salute indicator states on how many salutes you have given and how many you have received.
In your case you have given out 4 salutes and you have received 1 salute

Reps can also be awarded to you or from you to someone

Reps and Salutes can be viewed upon you by checking on your UserCp

If someone has given you reps or a salute you will also receive a message notification which you also can see if you go to User Cp.

The "silver medal" is shown and will be added by more "silver medals" in regards to your number of reps and salutes

Yeah well, that party was just ment to fill a boring weekend with live...the participants had no idea that their neighbours would feel so outraged. The host of the party actually thought the Brits might even want to join in.

And it proofes once again that exessive consumtion of beer leads to no good - nowadays the Germans mostly take alcohol free beer - we Bavarians don't
