1994 de-ac 36th, which means it's good to dismantle, and dry fire, and minimal deac, unlike regulations that ruin de-ac by todays standards set..
firearm certificate, and then you would need to belong to a gun club possibly, regs very strict, and autos such as smgs! tricky I would think 36th..
yep! ruins the pleasure of not being able to take down an re-assemble ..as many parts are either welded or cut, or both, so the likelihood of it being reactivated is NIL...
a de-act, what a stinker Ray but congrats on this fine acquisition am sure you will enjoy it. Am waiting for my KM 2cm Flakvierling to arrive for my backyard. we are pouring a cement foundation for it the next days. something to scare off the neighbor kids off my property
very nice Ray, good catch there - is there a big difference in weight compared to the Sten? with wooden stock and milled peices compared to the stamped components for the Sten?
and now displayed..along with my other weapons, and a couple of replica guns too, if you can tell which ones they are? and no! not all medals are original but mostly they are, ray.. View attachment 11912 View attachment 11913
Superb-looking collection, Ray ; and congrats on getting your 'new' MP34. Incidentally, prior to the deactivation laws coming in during the 1980s, it was strictly illegal for any private individual to own a fully-automatic weapon in the UK. At least since the deacts arrived, collectors have the chance to own and keep historic firearms such as these.
