My grandfather served with the 4th Cavalry Group Troop "C" in World War 2. We have created a website in his honor www.cobblejohn.com, however I am still looking for new information, pictures, and anything else I can find. I have the unit histories book, and through our website I have been able to obtain a picture of my grandfather through a group photo after the war. I know their is more stuff out their, if anybody has anything let me know thanks

Thanks for the welcome. I have spent about 8 months extensively researching his history. It helps that I have the 4th's Unit History book, but it the little things I look forward to finding out.

Wow. I just got a chance to look through your site. That's an amazing piece of work. Well done. I sure hope you can find useful information from some of the Rogues around here, but you seem to have done quite well. Great stuff.

Thank you I can tell you the new site will be more informative, we put that together in a shirt time, but the new will have more info and an interactive map. I am hoping to have iy up and ready by mid-june. My brother and I are about 75% done with the site, but thanks
