Hi all. I'm new to this forum but have been active on many others under this name and 'Sharppointything' for several years. I've joined here because I saw that 'Sarge' HH Booker was a member and I'm after a copy of his book on cap badges that shows the Indian Army regiment's badges. I've now logged up over 50 hours of searching online but haven't had any luck so far. Has anyone got one, or know of one, for sale? I see that Sarge hasn't logged on here for a couple of years so I'm assuming that he's either shuffled off full time or has been involved in an online row with someone as so many people seem to be on these sites!! Just added a couple of pics to show part of my study to show off.:)

Hi Lampwick. Welcome on. That is incredible. I hope someone can assist you in your quest. (Considering the extent of your collection, do you already own the Holy Grail?)

Just some of the stuff I USED to have. This was before I saw the way the government in the UK was heading at firearms.

found him on another site, with following info.

Grettings & Salutations! I am the volunteer graphic artist who drew free artwork for Major James McDuff, both enlistedmen's collar disks and the officer's branch insignia. I am H.H. Booker II (Sarge Booker) and I have loads of photo albums at webshots.com with well over 6,000 entries showing insignia past and present. Also see both www.Scribd.com as well as www.archive.org and type in my name either as H.H.Booker II, Sarger Booker, etc., also go to GOOGLE and type my names in and there are many of places they'll direct you to insignia artwork I gave out to use for free! "WayBackMachine" at www.archive.org, type in this defunct website: http://www.militarybadges.info and find even more insignia art. I also email scans of insignia pictures many times during the week and email me to be added to the emailing list, no charge ever! hhbooker2@yahoo.com Sarge Booker of Tujunga, California..

Lampwick, I did not think the pics you posted yesterday could be topped. I was wrong. Excuse me while I try to poke my eyeballs back into my head!
