Here is a few videos of the South Alberta Regiment that I found on you tube.

This is a tribute I made awhile ago to the 4th Canadian Armoured / South Alberta Regiment.

Way to go Wolf ! Thanks for repping SO AB. Really enjoyed vids especially the Ram's. Any idea where those vids were made? I wonder if any were from around Claresholm or Lethbridge?

    Hi Poppy

I'm not exactly sure where the vids were made but I'll check with my Dad and see if he remembers where they were training.

    Let ya know.

If I could guess...I just did some work around Claresholm. The airport there used to have a cafe where US celebrities would go to eat in the fifties/ sixties. There were thousands of guys around there during the forties. Some kind of demarcation point there. They trained on Tiger Moths...Now it's kind of spooky. Woodpeckers gnaw at the old barracks. The massive old trees are dying, and there is an air of history that permeates. Ask yer dad about Claresholm. Also if he was in Lethbridge. Cheers Wolfie.
