    I'm looking to write about a revolution that is not French or american. Any input is appreciated, if I choose your topic, I'll salute you.

    So many to choose from, but having enjoyed watching the film Lawrence of Arabia and reading The Seven Pillars of Wisdom, I would go for the Arab revolt of 1916.

    I'd take a shot at the Glorious Revolution in 1688 England. I did part of my Master's research on this and the Jacobites that followed.
