My name is Jack Cherry, my nickname online is mutt71. I chose this nickname as I owned a 1971 Ford MUTT M-151-A2, at the time. (I wish I still had the it) I am 56 years old and been interested in WWII, for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a Veteran's Housing Project. I was born and raised in Norwood, Massachusetts. My primary interest in WWII is the US involvement, but, I also like to read and research other Countries involvement as well. I have been researching Pearl Harbor, after having visited there this past June. I plan on returning there sometime next year. I have been involved in Military Scale Modeling for years. I have built in scales between 1/72 and 1/6 (My primary scale today). I have also done WWII European re-enacting for quite a few years. Reading and researching WWII has been another favorite for me through the years. I have visited both South Korea and Pearl Harbor and have been very interested in both of those military history areas. I am very happy to have found this board and look forward to participating in it as often as I can. Thank you!
