Hello everyone, Hi. My name is Tim, and I live in Phoenix, AZ. I served in the USAF for 14.5 years, and outside of the U.S. was stationed in Iceland and Germany. I worked on the avionics systems on the F-106 and F-15. My interests are firearms, knives, flashlights, motorcycles, wargames, and history. As a young kid I remember coming back from the library with a stack of books, mostly about WWII, but a few about WWI, Korea, & Vietnam. I suppose my interest in WWII was sparked by hearing my Father's war stories. He served as a motor messenger...landed with his Jeep on Normandy on D-Day, traveled all over France, Germany and Belgium, was in Bastogne at the beginning of the Battle of the Bulge, etc. Anyway, I just found this forum, and thought I'd see what information could be found here. I'm quite interested in small arms, capital ships, and combat aircraft. Tim
