I know this is placed in the wrong area but ..........

successful Ju 88 Bomber pilot and then staff and inventory of several different Luftwaffe Tactics, Wild Sau creator leading to the every burdonsome but somewhat successful Jagd-gruppen JG 300, 301 and 302 passed away today 05.11.2010 at the age of 97.

a very gracious man full of life till the end, he will be very well missed

RIP. Is there truth behind the story that he managed to sink 11 ships with one bomb?

Gosh darn it, I never had the chance to write to him and always wanted to do so. Rest in Peace Hans-Joachim-another great Ace and Gentlemen belongs to history. :rk: :mourn:
