    Hello Gentlemen,

Some of you may know me from other ww2 fora, but I am happy to be here and hope to meet some new collectors. My name is Bill and I use the same member name in the other forum I visit frequently. Hope to learn new things and share some of my collection. I collect IABs, EKs, and edged weapons. Also photo collecting is one of my main focuses as well. I also collect ww2 US things as well, but mostly third reich. Well, Im gonna go browse the forum. thanks

Well....Ive cruised around the forum a little bit and must say I am impressed. You guys seem to have a very nice and "professionally serious" forum here. It seems that the forum members take our hobby seriously and everyone stays away from the nonsense that is frequently seen on other forums. I cant wait for the opportunity to share some of my collection. I do collect nice original photos from the third reich period and would love to share some as well if anyone is interested. Unfortunately like every other item found in this hobby, photos have become popular to fake and I would love to be able to help anyone who has questions about pre45 photos. Well, I hope to be able to add some useful and helpful information to a few particular areas of this forum over time. Thanks

Nice to have you around, Bill. I'm not a collector myself, but there are a number of pretty knowledgeable folks about who would be glad to welcome your information. Have fun and post often.

Thanks for your words of encouragement Bill and do feel free to comment as you deem necessary. Our goal is to have learned discussion, with the occasional frivolity. My personal desire is allow disagreement without being disagreeable.

Also, pardon our appearance. We moved to the new version of vBulletin and getting an appropriate skin has been problematic.

Nice to meet you Bill and welcome aboard. It's always nice to have new collectors here. Someday, I might want to have you all look at something I took a picture of in an antique store before I buy it; just to make sure I'm not being duped!

    Enjoy your stay!

Hi Bill, welcome to the site and am highly interested in seeing what you collect? I collect now, only WWII German Army stuff. I have a "huge" collection of IABs-all 12 of them, about 30 EKs of all types and most eras, and other stuff.

Oh and if you wanna talk IAB? contact Fischer and Stewy both as both of those Gents have IAB collections that are massive in size and just plain impressive as heck.
