Posting some pictures of my collection, which I hope you enjoy. Have taken close-ups of all the objects, so just let me know if you want to look at specific objects. Started collecting Militaria for exactly two years ago, and mainly I collect German awards from the period 1933 to 1945. Not the different manufacturers, so only one of each.
I want only original objects in the collection, so please let me know if you see something suspicious along the way ........

    Greetings from Norway
    JT:rolleyes:

I was just going to ask which shield that was that is with your KM Narvik? is it a Krim or Kuban? too far away for me to tell. I have an Army backed Krim as well as an Army and Navy Narvik. My navy Narvik is fire-guilded and is mint, the Army Narvik is age-toned. My Krim is about a Very-fine-only because it was worn and the backing shows oh so slight damage.

Here are my shields. In one of the frames you see the Heer-Narvik together with the Kuban and the Krim.

    Hi Erich,
The KM Hilfkreuzer badge is produced by Juncker.

    ...and C.Evans,
I also needed to surch a long time before I got the Demjansk without rust. Kuban shields in nice quality is not that hard to get.

    Regards
    JT

I was offered a dodgy so called "Lorient shield" presumely found near Metz and buried there since 1944. I declined the offer.... So the guy near Lorient went on a leave, broke through the Free French lines near Vannes , then the American lines from Britanny to Metz, lost his award there.... Yeah right. The reason why the Lorient ones are so rare, is because the men who recieved them in 1944 /45 could not go away and their relics were mostly confiscated by the French and the Americans when they became pow. I may focus on a Krim one instead, but the Narvik one looks great too for a early war mannequin
