I have been very busy over the past few months adding to my collection of signed photos of Luftwaffe, Waffen SS and U-Boat Knights Cross recipients. I probably have acquired at least one hundred new signed photos. I just recently bought a collection of 45 of them from a German collector that I should receive shortly. I am going to start posting some of the new photos here, I will organize them by catagory and add brief bios when I get the time. Hans "Assi" Hahn, this is a wartime signed Rohr postcard, very very hard to find! Willi Batz, another hard to find item Rolf Hermichen Friedrich Koerner Klaus Naumann Oskar Romm and Willi Unger Willi Unger Victor Petermann Wolfgang Schenck Georg Christl Johannes "Macky" Steinhof Gerd Thyben Rudolf Trenkel Rudolf Trenkel Alfred Grislawski Alfred Grislawski Johannes Wiese Herbert Ihlefeld Hermann Graf Franz Eisanach Dietrich Hrabak Dietrich Hrabak Kurt "Bu Man" Buhligen Franz Woidich Edmund "Paule" Rossmann

Hello, I am new here, so hi everyone and thanks. I am an aviation historian and author and I wrote this: AVIOLIBRI - Le streghe della notte. La storia non detta delle eroiche ragazze-pilota dell'Unione Sovietica nella Grande Guerra Patriottica about the Heroical Soviet Airwomen of Great Patriotic War and I am very interested in Your pictures, these of Trenkel, in this case. Is it possible to have the right to reproduce them in one of my book or is it possible to buy copies of them? Moreover: do You have copies of other Luftwaffe aces? Thanks a lot for Your time, Gian Piero
What an awesome collection...and you have a bunch more to collect....must be exciting to get a new one in...Particularly envious of Hartmann, Streib and Otto Fries signed pictures...They would go nicely with my WW2 Aircraft collection. These have a 100% sureity of gaining in value...Imagine a signed picture of General U Grant for example or Admiral Nelson! In a hundred plus years these pics will be as sought after as those would be. I was wondering what would be the ally equivalent to a Hartmann signed picture...? Chuck Yaeger? Bong? Bader?
@ gpmilan Gian Piero I have at least 400 signed (autographed) photos of Luftwaffe Pilots, I have posted a lot of them on this photos section in the past. I also have U-Boat Commander signed photos and some Waffen SS and Wehrmacht. I would be happy to let you use any of my photos and the best way to see some of them would be to email me, private, so we can exchange emails and I can give you an idea of what pilots I have autographed photos of. I have 6 Erich Hartmann, 4 Hermann Graf, 2 Gerd Barkhorn, A few Willi Batz and lots of others at least 400 or so.
Cool, cool. Are you trying to corner the market?...If you were to take the collection to Antiques Road Show, or Pawn Stars, any idea what they might value it around ? ...Did Goering have one?
I never get tired of watching this excellent collection of signed pictures. Some of them I see for the first time. I love the Borchers one for instance.
would agree with Skip, love the US fighter jock pics as well in which I also have quite a few since most of them I interviewed . and sadly few remain
