    Lookig for rear and top views of this vehicle which was a rear engined halftrack with a 75mm gun in a revolving turret, two were sent to Afrika Korps, I have the book Rommels Funnies by tom Jentz but he has no further info yours ross.hackett@ntlworld.com

    Well, good news and bad news. The good news for you is I have photos (front quarter two shots, side one shot, rear one shot) of the vehicle you are interested in. Now the bad news. Given the problems I've been having posting pictures it is unlikely I can scan and post them. The book they are in has been out of print for about 35 years.
    More bad news. The vehicle is built on the Bussig-NAG 5 ton half-track chassis (aka BN 1 8 or Sdkfz 6). But, some more bad news, the road wheels used are of a unique pattern to the vehicle (can you say make a pattern and cast them in resin?). You probably could use Sdkfz 8 tracks from a Tamiya kit without problem and possibly the drive sprocket but, the rest would require scratch building.
