    First time I hear of such a reason... If she's been fired for physical reasons, then isn't it discrimination? Poor lady, with a dodgy boss, a jaleous wife and the Inquisition, she didn't stand a chance. Oh yes, was the jury male.... ?

    Wow. I couldn't even finish the video, there was so much wrong in that. Purely speculation on my part, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that since she IS attractive, his "threat to my marriage" means that he tried to hit on her and she turned him down, so he went this route before she could sue him. Course, I haven't heard all sides of the story, and don't know either one of their characters, but that's my guess.
