Gaines You are too kind Sir, but if I can take your posting as wishing me compliments of the season, then I am delighted to take this oppoertunity to reciprocate. A Merry Christmas and a Happy & Healthy New Year to you and all the members of this super forum ! With all good wishes Ron
Ron, with your service in the war, I would like to thank you for your service for your country as well as its Allies. Thank you for what you have done, and I too would like to wish you a Happy Hannukah. Sincerely, David
Precisely my intention, Ron. I grew up in a small Southern town and my best friend, still is, was Jewish. Our parents rarely went to church or a Synagogue but insisted we went. So one week we went to the Episcopal Church and the next the Synagogue. I am not very religious but those years were rather wonderful times to me .. While you were in the war I was just a child, but thanks to soldiers like you we are free today. I think I emerged from those years, more thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. To this day I have a Menorah., now in use. And thank you for the Christmas wishes. Gaines
Many thanks for your service, Ron. Happy Hanukkah to you and your family. So honored to have you among our members! Cheers.
Ron, best wishes to you and yours for the holiday season. Thank you for your sacrifice and dedication to our freedom.
Ditto, it's always great to talk to you Ron, . Gaines thank you too for reminding this to the forum members.
