I am from Minnesota, though I lived in Moscow for several years. I am interested in all things WWII, but especially aviation on the Eastern Front. I am able to read Russian, so I have access to a plethora of information on the topic, so much of which is unfortunately unknown in the West. I am also interested in the war in the Pacific (my grandpa fought there), but unfortunately I am not as knowledgeable about that aspect of the war. My favorite US-built aircraft is P-39, and my favorite Soviet-built aircraft is La-5.
