I speak Russian, but in the Russian Alphabet, the R backwards sounds like "yah". Also there is no TS in the Russian Alphabet, it is replaced with its own later that is pronounsed "tseh". So the plaque would have to be a typo or a poor attempt at Russian.

I don't think you guys are giving much credit to all the designers considerations. I have been to Russia several times and in a lot of the terrain something like that would be a big asset against say cavalry or infantry.

It just depends on the conditions.

Can someone just explain to me which way is forward for this thing. Small wheels or big wheels?

I think everyone (British, French and Germans) at least considered the big wheel idea when starting off I just didn't realise some took it any further than Brainstorming.

That Tsar thing is a tank??? It looks more like an oversized bycicle with a ginormous wheel. Like those early bikes with huge front wheels and tiny rear ones.
