clashes about whose dead or not

yes of course thaT IS UNAVOIDABLE but arguements about calling hits are discouraged. I met my first ww2 reenactors at a gun show, but I had already read two rather long newspaper articles about the phenomena. So I did not need to be convinced. It was Dave serikaku wearing wools and a 41 field jacket. after following him to his table and looking at pix of battles I joined up and by march(that was november) I was at my first battle as a GI in the 45th Inf Div. My first shot was at a German who was really too far away. you have to be close enough to call the hit. I froze in an unheated building in a sears sleeping bag. I would have been better off with a US Army M49. later battles found us sleeping on cot in a GP Medium. Its big enough for the whole unit. now I have a German Zeltbahn for bivouac. but I like barracks events best., hier ist dein bett, soldat
