    if the guns were lost they were often replaced by Brens but the indians did have their own bren made at the royal ordance factory in ishapore

    I dont think Tony is reading this part of forum and I'm rather puzzled too. Not that WW2-era Indian equipment is my speciality....

    Well all I come up with when Googling are either the CZ 52/59 or the ZB30 (predecessor to the Bren).

    I believe he installed a cigar lighter in the cockpit of his Bf109.
