    (What is tricot? I'm ashamed of you. Tricoteuse/ tricotage, a weaver should have some idea (although I did check that it wasn't some obscure American delicacy :D ))
    Of course it could just be the colonial chappie getting his words mixed up, you know what foreigners are like...
