Who here is considering joining the military?

    Is in the Military.

    Or was in the military.

Im considering joining the military as an MP or medical technician, and if none of them work out I might consider being a army musician.

It's far , far back , and it said what part of the forces you would "join". This says who "was" in the forces , and who is "in" the forces also.

Vietnam I'm guessing? I want to say what a horrible thing they put you and 8 million other men/women through. Thank you for your commitment in such a catastrophie, and I will truely not forget.

Thanks for the kind words. I got in too late to see much action. Like you, I have a lot of respect for the guys who did one or more full tours of duty, especially the infantry guys.
