I'm voting UO on this one.
Considering it's only a black ellipse it there are tons of ways to make this.
And that's even assuming the video maker and poster had nothing to do with it.

that's the thing about UFO sigtings. In 99,999999% of the cases it's fake or just a plane, spot on the camera, frisbee,...
Still, there's that very small amount that can not be explained.

Actually, you can see that the top is metallic. How would you make this ? The guy was shaking around the camera and the object was still in the same place.

How would you make this? Easy enough given the resolution of the film, tether a helium filled balloon to a spot on the ground with as thin a line as you can and film from a suitable distance on a day where there's little or no breeze.

    (Or use digital editting)

the one i saw in maryland in 66 was not a balloon ,frisbee or any kind of known aircraft , and though i was only a boy i was also an avid model builder .i could have told you wether it was a zeke ,se5 , me109 or hellcat based only on a very quick exposure ..it was not a glowing light ..it wasnt a helicopter or a 172 or t33 ..it was large, metalic and shaped like a salad bowl with round portholes lit sequentionaly from within .it passed over a large army post at low level (500 ft ,ft meade md. ) at dusk , it made no sound . my dad then an army capt. was not so foolish as to report this event .there were no reports in the papers or on tv ether in the following days or weeks , were i in possesin of a modern type video device i could have shot a movie that would have put to shame all footage now seen on utube or anywhere else ....and if wishes were horse beggers would ride .

I think I may saw something unusual a few nights ago. I say unusual because its like no aircraft I've seen. I live next to an airport, so I know aircraft. There was a line of lights belonging to the same object and it moved silently over my street.

If it was a big plane far away you would have definetely heard noise and if it was a small plane that close you would have heard noise, even if it was a Cessena. A plane shouldnt have been as low as it was. It also moved unusally. It was moving much to slow even for a Cessena and it even came towards me ! It then went back on its regular course and turned off almost all it's lights, which is very big no no for aircraft.

I scrambled to get my digital cam/video taker, but the batteries were near dead and it took me minutes to find good ones, and when I did the thing was nearly gone behind tree lines.
