That would all depend. Is the bracket for the tree attached to her back, or hidden under her skirt?

Happy Something To Everyone Who Might Be Celebrating Something!!!

Did I leave anything out? Did I manage to offend anyone, other than the aforementioned fairy?

Well in that case, 1) you're most welcome!
    2) I wish you all of it, and you can have a bit of mine too cause I've had twice my share this year :D
I hope your next year will be as eventful (positive) as this year was for me.

and there's the story of the Japanese department store that got slightly confused about the two "main" characters of Christmas and had a display of a Santa - being crucified.

I like the idea of Santa being crucified! :D Call me twisted!!!

The last 18 months for me have been the worst in my life....so I am really looking forward to the New Year, a fresh start for me in a new home. I have lots of plans and ideas and I can't wait for next year to begin.

I would like to wish all my new chums on here HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!

I hope the new year brings everyone health and happiness!

    Roxy x

Does this mean I have to find the Christmas decorations now and think about putting them up?

Hope it goes well, but in my experience, I had a bad year - divorce, redundancy, moved house, two deaths in the family. And after that it went REALLY downhill.
Just to bring a bit of Christmas cheer :D
For myself, I haven't "bothered" with Christmas for the last 3 years -nothing worth celebrating

For what it's worth, I can almost relate. When I was a teenager, my father lost his sister right around December one year. The next year, around the same time, his father died.

The following Christmas, at a family gathering, you could literally see eyes moving around the room, and you could almost hear everyone thinking about who was next!! It was eerie!
