    Thanks Panzer.

I got the idea of the yellow stripes from the BR 52 featured in the September issue of fine scale.

    :D Great!

It's funny to see, and therefore it does not seem very realistic but especially if you got it from there it must be ok.
Besides; nobody stated the painting schemes had to be accurate for the group build.
    Great work!

Thank you for posting my pics! And yes, Sturm Tiger says the Germans did do that. They used the wheels for spare parts, and extra armor. It was hard but Boba Nette conquered, and finished. Thanks for all your support.

Hey Panzer,ST here. Thanks for posting the pics. These came out a little better, but I still need to improve.I still can't figure out why that first pic of the JT came out so much better than the rest.If we have another group build(I sure hope we do),I'm gonna go with a larger scale for Boba Nette. She had it kinda rough with brail scale, but I think she did well.

Thanks guys for all the supportive comments. I really tried to do a good job, and although I'm not on you guys level. I feel real good about my first attempt. Once again thanks, and lets get more females in this group.

Well ST and Boba Nette, thank you for the pics and your models! I think the pics, though not exactly sharp, will be enough to indicate the quality of your modelling. :) I'm looking forward to tomorrow, when the deadline is set.

And i certainly don't think this was the last group build....;)

    Dear all,

As you may know, the deadline for the Groupbuild is tomorrow. The exact time is 12.00hrs, but since almost all model pics are already in, I will not exactly check and say: anything after twelve will not be judged. So a little later will not be a problem.

As for the judgement of the models:
the Admin team and I will judge the models individually, then a mean will be calculated four our winner.
There will also be a Member's Vote, which will include all models that have been put forward. This vote, in the form of a forum poll, will be set up by me somewhere thursday evening (GMT time ofcourse ;)) and will run for a few days!
A winner will be decided by a 50% vote and 50% judgement value.

To all groupbuilders: thanks a lot for your efforts, you have done a great job!
To all members: I call upon every member to vote tomorrow!
To all judges: good luck on judging the coming days!
    Thanks,
    PP

Good job I'm not being judged...

I only finished this at 11pm last night

Some pictures are better than others.

The model is almost exactly as 'out of the box' - but I scratch-built the side skirts and used a different colour scheme I found in a book.

Good job on the skirts.I never would have guessed they were scratch built.I love the camo scheme.I'm gonna have to steal that one from you on a future build.
